EUROPE
Having spent most of my life in France, I’ve had the privilege of exploring Europe extensively. It’s the continent where I’ve visited the most countries, and it holds a special place in my heart because it’s where my solo travel adventures began.
I’m most familiar with Western, Central, and Southern Europe. France, of course, is a standout. There are countless clichés about this country, and I’d say they are both true and false in their own ways. I’ve also fallen in love with Spain, Portugal, and Italy – their languages, cultures, food, and breathtaking views never fail to amaze.
Greece stole my heart during a solo trip in 2018, and I haven’t stopped dreaming about it since.
The Czech Republic and Hungary offered rich histories and vibrant cities that left a lasting impression. Germany, with its mix of modernity and tradition, also captured my interest with its diverse landscapes and cultural experiences.
Croatia, Montenegro, and Georgia were unexpected surprises. I didn’t anticipate the sheer beauty I encountered in these countries, and they quickly became some of my favorite destinations in Europe.
Whether you prefer popular tourist destinations or seek out hidden gems, Europe is full of wonders and offers something for every traveler.
There’s still so much of Europe I want to discover. If I ever move back to live there, I can’t wait to dive deeper into the continent’s endless possibilities.
In short, Europe has a way of soothing even the most lost or broken souls, making it a timeless destination for travelers.
